30,000 square feet of warehouse – ceiling will accommodate three high standard pallet size
251,000 gallons of various liquid storage tanks, i.e. heated, agitation, insulated, stainless, carbon steel, epoxy lined
Heated indoor rail – room for four to five cars inside
